Jewellery By Karen designs are hand made in Canada with quality materials. Ensure their lasting beauty and enjoyment by handling with care as you would any fine garment or accessory.

Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, water and steam, avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, chlorine, deodorant and detergents, and avoid dropping. Remember to remove your jewellery when bathing or swimming, or exercising. Jewellery should always be added last when dressing and when storing we suggest using the Jewellery By Karen gift box to avoid scratching or breakage.

Jewellery by Karen designs should not need cleaning with anything more than a soft, chemical free polishing cloth.

If you experience a problem with a Jewellery By Karen product we will be happy to repair it within 2 years of the original purchase date and return it to you without charge. Customers are however responsible for insured shipping charges to the Jewellery By Karen studio. Please contact us prior to shipping to discuss any problem.

Jewellery By Karen is not responsible for the replacement of any lost product or product subjected to inappropriate care including damage caused by exposure to water or chemicals. In such cases a repair/replacement service is available to our customers at an additional expense.

Skin sensitivity

Jewellery By Karen offers products that incorporate an eclectic range of new, vintage and recycled findings and materials. To our knowledge, the materials used in our products meet the highest quality standards. We regret however that we are unable to verify and answer all questions relating to the content of all materials used in our products. Customers with skin sensitivities assume all responsibility for any difficulties they may experience while wearing Jewellery By Karen products.

Jewellery By Karen Designs are not recommended for children under the age of 16.
